Terms of use

This is a translation for convenience. If the two versions differ, the Albanian version applies.

By using the Pagesa Plus app or joining the waiting list, you accept these terms. We have kept them short and without hidden language.

1. What the service is

Pagesa Plus is an app that helps you remember bill due dates and record your expenses. It is a personal organising tool: it is not a bank, it does not make payments and it does not connect to your bank account. You pay your bills as before — at the counter, in your banking app or with the provider.

2. Testing phase

The app is still being tested. This means there may be mistakes, the design and features may change, and a version may not work as expected. So: keep a backup of your data (Profile → Data) and don’t rely only on reminders for deadlines you cannot afford to miss.

3. Reminders

Reminders are sent by your own phone. They may not arrive if the phone is off, notifications are blocked, battery saving stops them, or the system delays them. Paying your bills remains your responsibility. We are not liable for fines, late fees or service interruptions by providers.

4. Your data

Your financial data is stored on your phone, not with us. If you delete the app or lose your phone without a backup, it is lost and we cannot restore it. How we handle data is explained in the Privacy policy.

5. Account and cloud copy

To use the app you create an account with name, surname and email (a phone number is optional); the details must be true, because they identify who is entitled to Premium. The cloud copy of your data is your choice: turn it on or off at any time. Only the latest copy is kept and only you can see it. The copy is encrypted on your phone: if you forget both your password and your recovery code, not even we can open it. So keep the code safe and keep a backup file too. You can delete the account and the copy yourself in the app at any time. During testing we do not guarantee the copy is always available — it does not replace a backup file.

6. Free Premium for those who register

• Whoever joins the waiting list on pagesaplus.com before the app is released on the App Store or Google Play gets Premium free, forever, for as long as the service exists.
• Premium is unlocked for the app account created with the same email as the registration.
• The offer is personal: it cannot be transferred to someone else or exchanged for money.
• Premium includes the features described on the page. If a planned feature is not delivered (for example because of Apple’s or Google’s rules), the offer applies to the features that exist.

7. Future prices

The core — bills, reminders, expenses and budget — stays free. Premium features will have a subscription; the price will be announced before it applies, and nobody pays without accepting it themselves.

8. Fair use

Don’t use the service for unlawful purposes, don’t try to break the servers, and don’t sign up email addresses that aren’t yours.

9. Liability

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep the sums correct and the reminders on time, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation and are not liable for damages arising from its use. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

10. Changes and law

These terms may be updated; the latest version is always on this page, with the date at the top. The law of the Republic of Albania applies.
