How to pay your electricity bill in Albania (OSHEE)
Updated: 8 October 2026
The electricity bill from OSHEE (the electricity distributor) comes every month and the amount changes with how much you use. The way to pay stays the same: choose whichever is easiest for you, and make sure you pay before the due date.
What you need
- The contract / customer code printed on the bill. It lets any payment point find your bill.
- The amount and the due date, both on the bill.
Where you can pay
- In your bank’s app or online banking. Most banks in Albania have a section for utility bills under “Payments”, where you choose OSHEE and enter the code.
- At a bank counter. Bring the bill or your customer code.
- Through payment agents (for example EasyPay outlets and app), which you’ll find in almost every neighbourhood.
- At money transfer agencies that accept bill payments.
Payment points and channels change from time to time. The exact, up-to-date list is on OSHEE’s official website.
After you pay
- Keep the receipt or confirmation, even just as a photo. You’ll need it if the payment doesn’t show up.
- Check next month’s bill: your payment should appear there. If it doesn’t, make a complaint and show the receipt.
How not to miss the due date
- The bill arrives at roughly the same time every month, so a monthly reminder a few days before the due date is enough.
- If you pay through your bank, some banks also allow automatic bill payments. Ask your bank.
- The amount changes every month: don’t go by last month’s bill when working out how much you’ll have left.
